Criminal Division

CRIMINAL DIVISION

The West Feliciana Parish Sheriff's Office Criminal Division is composed of Deputies and Detectives. The primary function of the Criminal Division is law enforcement: responding to citizen's calls for assistance, traffic law enforcement through pro-active traffic stops, investigation of crimes committed, and crime prevention through public education such as the DARE program.
Other special units include Narcotic and K-9, a Special Crisis Response , a D.A.R.E program, a Crisis Response Program, a Detention Center, a Grants Division, Homeland Security Division and Communications.  The Sheriff's Office also dedicates manpower and resources to participation in the parish wide Drug Task Force.
