Parish Licenses

Local Retailer Alcoholic Beverage License

All establishments with a current license must re-apply to the West Feliciana Parish Council the Last Quarter of each year. Once the application is approved, the establishment MUST purchase a Local Retailer Alcoholic Beverage License from the courthouse by December 20th in order to sell liquor after midnight on December 31st. Occupational License

Each business, including home-based businesses and service providers, located outside of the town limits must purchase an occupational license by February 28th each year. Occupational licenses must be purchased online at www.avenuinsights.com

Hunting Club Permit

As required by West Feliciana Parish ordinance 26-7, all hunting club presidents and/or landowners are required to complete the Hunting Club Permit Application and return it to the West Feliciana Sheriff’s Office by October 1.
