The Uniform Patrol of the West Feliciana Parish Sheriff’s Office is the face of our department as the most visible team. Out on the streets of West Feliciana responding to calls and protecting our citizens, they handle domestic violence cases, armed robberies, nuisance complaints, automobile accidents, and traffic incidents. As of the 2018 census report, West Feliciana is home to 15,460 citizens. Our deputies prioritize keeping our families and businesses safe.

The Uniform Patrol is staffed by twelve full time patrol officers and ten part time patrol officers who work 12 hour shifts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Uniform Patrol Deputies enforce traffic laws throughout West Feliciana, from the Mississippi State Line to the north to the East Feliciana Parish line (Thompson Creek) to the south and from the Mississippi River on the west to parish line on the east.

The objective of the Uniform Patrol is to assist the public in a positive, professional, and helpful manner, and to provide a safe and secure environment for the citizens of and visitors to West Feliciana Parish.
